Hands on training, specialized courses and mentorship started early 2003 in Orange County, CA.

Officially became a trainee in 2005, licensed in 2006 and then certified in 2008.
Founder
Company founder Gary Terzyan is a state certified real estate appraiser, consultant, husband and father of two. Raised and currently resides in Pasadena, CA.
